Paleo Honey Garlic Salmon Recipe

This honey garlic salmon is packed with bold flavor and comes together in just 15 minutes! Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner that feels a little fancy, especially when served with cauliflower rice or your favorite veggies.

INGREDIENTS:

Salmon
· 5–6 Wild Caught Salmon Fillets (about 1½ lbs total)
· Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
· ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
· 2 Tbsp Ghee, Avocado Oil, or Olive Oil

Honey Garlic Sauce
· 5–6 Cloves Garlic, Minced
· 2 Tbsp Water
· ¼ cup Raw Honey, Melted if Solid
· 3 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
· 2 Tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

Garnish
· Lemon Wedges
· Minced Fresh Parsley
· Tomato Halves

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season all over with sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat your broiler to high.
  3. Place an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, and add your ghee or oil of choice.
  4. Once hot, add the salmon skin-side down. Sear for 3 minutes until halfway cooked.
  5. While the salmon sears, whisk together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  6. Pour the sauce into the skillet and spoon it over the salmon.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven* and broil for 3–4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the tops are caramelized. Keep a close eye to avoid burning.
  8. Once done, spoon any remaining sauce over the salmon. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. Add tomato halves if desired.

Serve hot and enjoy!
