Pumpkin Bars Recipe

These pumpkin bars are a delicious treat for fall, and perfect for your family gatherings! Topped with Maple Buttercream frosting, your taste buds will be dancing with each bite of this dessert.


·        1 cup Blanched Almond Flour

·        1 cup Cassava Flour

·        1/2 cup Potato Starch

·        1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

·        1 tsp Baking Soda

·        4 Eggs, Pastured

·        1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

·        16 oz Pumpkin Puree

·        3/4 cup Maple Sugar

·        2 Tbsp Primal Palate Pumpkin Pie Spice

·        1 cup Brown Butter Ghee melted

        Maple Buttercream Frosting

·         8 oz Ghee

·        1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

·        1 cup Maple Sugar

·       1/4 cup Tapioca Starch


Allow your ghee to come up to room temperature.

Once the ghee is soft, place in a large mixing bowl, or standing


Add the vanilla, and blend with a hand mixer or the standing

mixer until fluffy.

In a mini chop food processor, add the maple sugar and tapioca

starch, and blend until powdered.

Add the homemade powdered sugar to the butter, and whip until


Frost at room temperature, and refrigerate if not in use.
